Michelle graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and has been practicing as an RMT for almost a decade. After years of practicing in British Columbia, she has returned home to Ontario and is excited to be building her practice in Waterloo, the community where she grew up.

Michelle takes a holistic, individualized approach to massage therapy. Her treatments blend a variety of techniques, from therapeutic and deeper work to gentler myofascial and relaxation-based approaches. She takes the time to understand what each person needs that day and adapts her treatment accordingly.
